SINCE 1968
Founded by John R. Wilson in 1968, we began by providing construction services to the forestry industry by building roads throughout the South Carolina Lowcountry swamps for loggers to access and harvest wood.

GROWING WITH THE TIMES . . . .
As the years progressed, J. R. Wilson Construction expanded into the commercial and industrial sectors as well as building recreational projects including the notable Ocean Course at Kiawah Island.
